Our Refund Policy

In general:
In general there is no return or transfer between accounts. However there is a few exeptions to this rule.

Incorrect name:
When unintentionally spelling your in-game name incorrectly or using the wrong account. You might be illegible to a transfer to the correct account. Before we can transfer the product we need to confirm that you bought the product.

Repeated purchase:
When unintentionally purchasing the same item or two items making one of them useless. You might be illegible for a return on one of the products if it was not on purpose.
